This privacy policy explains how Villa Oasis handles your personal information and data. We value your trust, so we have made every effort to present this policy clearly. Simple language. The policy is structured so that you can quickly find answers to the questions that interest you most.

This Privacy Policy applies to all booking, services and websites provided by Villa Oasis and its affiliates unless otherwise stated. Products, services and websites are collectively referred to as “Services” in this Policy. Some services have supplemental privacy statements that explain in more detail our specific privacy practices with respect to those services. Unless otherwise stated, all services are provided by Villa Oasis based in Indonesia.

What information does Villa Oasis collect ?

When you use Villa Oasis, we collect information about you and your use of our services from a variety of sources. These are listed below. The following sections describe how Villa Oasis uses this information.

Information we collect directly from you

  • Registration Information. You must register for a Villa Oasis account before you can create a Villa Oasis booking. When you register for an account, we collect your username, password and email address.
  • Billing Information.When you make a payment to Villa Oasis, you must provide your billing information, including name, address, email address, and financial information that corresponds to your selected payment method (e.g., credit card number and expiration date or bank account information) ). If you provide a billing address, we consider this to be the account holder’s location. Our integrations with third-party payment gateways are for processing purposes only. Villa Oasis does not store or log confidential cardholder information provided by you or your form users. Villa Oasis follows industry best practices to protect the security of cardholder data during processing and transmission. Villa Oasis has a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant certified service provider. This is the highest level of security you can achieve as a business making payments to and from credit cards.
  • Account Settings. You can set various preferences and personal details on pages, such as your account settings page . For example, your default language, time zone, and communication settings (such as enabling or disabling marketing emails from Villa Oasis).
  • Form data. We save your form data (questions and answers) for you.
  • Other data you intentionally share. We may collect your personal information or data if you provide it to us in another context. For example, if you give us a testimonial or participate in a Villa Oasis contest.

We do not share or use your respondents’ email addresses. Villa Oasis will only contact your application forms or people in your address book. Villa Oasis will not sell or make these email addresses available to third parties.
